Our History
Olympian Marine is a marine engineering and ship repairing firm focused on power and propulsion, marine transmissions, turbocharger overhauling, inclination experiments, ship designs, laser alignments, NDT, vibration analysis and many more. It also deals in sales of spare parts and other marine products with warrantee and round the clock Service. The Company’s headquarters is located in Port Blair (Andaman & Nicobar Islands) and also has a workshop yard. It is associated with the JADWET GROUP, which is the oldest and most trusted brand name in the Andaman & Nicobar Islands dating back to 1900’s. The Jadwets are a well known name in the shipping industry of Andaman Sea.
Olympian Marine was started in the year 2019 by Vivekanandam and Ebrahim Jadwet. Vivek, a mechanical engineer by himself has a vast experience and knowledge in marine engineering for more than 10 years. His passion for marine design and engines has made him a trusted name in the ship repair works of Andaman Nicobar islands. Ebrahim is a business graduate from University Canada West in Vancouver, Canada and has strong public relations network in the Indian and Canadian government. An entrepreneur himself, Ebrahim has founded many successful business ventures and brands under his leadership. His skill set includes marketing, Public relations, and advertising.
Olympian Marine has a team of qualified and well trained service engineers who ensure qualitative service that meets government regulations. Our clients have been Directorate of Shipping Services in the Andaman Nicobar Administration, Electricity department of Andaman Nicobar Administration; Andaman & Lakshadweep Harbour works (ALHW), Port Management Board (PMB), Indian Navy and many more.
